Well its a little bit of a let down. The Boys did a really good job this year
and I for one am very happy for them. The play-offs in 5AAA, were very tough
and the Boys came through it very well the first 3 games.Thank you Boys, it
was enjoyable.
When I look back at 93-94 I Remember saying these Boys will be very good when they are Jrs. and Seniors, look at them now !!!!!! They didn't quite make it to state but they were the best Col. Heights has seen in a long time (78). You guys all deserve a big applause from the school and all the parents and the community. I loved every minute of it. Thanks again Boys you make this parent very proud!!!!!!

Always remember not that you didn't go to state, but that you played on the
best team in the history of CHHS.

I had the same thoughts as Dave, but I was thinking of 1995, when the
Columbia Heights 13 year old traveling team won the North Star League play-offs.
Many of those players left for other sports...Fagnan, Tiemann, Olson,
Fitzhenry, Eggert, Weaver ... I can't begin to imagine the feelings these
kids had as the season progressed, but I have to say that on our side of the
fence, the parents gained a lot of memories that will not be forgotten...
Good luck to the Seniors, I wish you success in whatever you choose to do.
The players who return next year have had a taste of success; relish it and
come back strong next year...
