2. I understand the frustration the others must have felt. We were at a very strong disadvantage, agewise, and there were teams that took full advantage of it. The focus of the fall league is supposed to be working on fundamentals, trying new positions, etc. It was hard to stay focused on the game, while we were getting our ass kicked.

3. I was very encouraged by our pitchers, and the defense. There were errors, but we didn't practice, and we only played one day a week. I can't wait to see you guys play school ball next spring.

4. A special note to G.S.B.L.

You need to find a way to split up the league; 16-18 would be okay if teams were evenly filled by age. They are not. My team consisted of 15-16 year olds, plus one who was 17.
